为了提高在机测量齿廓偏差的测量精度,提出了一种可用于实际工况下的测头径向误差提取方法。以标准渐开线直齿轮为研究对象,根据极坐标测量原理以及齿廓偏差计算原理,建立一个以齿廓偏差最小为目标函数,以测头径向误差为变量的最优化模型。求出在实际工况下的测头径向误差,机床系统补偿后对渐开线斜齿轮进行测量,将测量结果与三坐标测量仪检测的结果进行对比,得出测头径向误差求解的合理性。
In order to improve the accuracy of measurement of tooth profile deviation in machine measurement, a method of radial error extraction of probe is proposed. Taking the standard involute spur gear as the research object, according to the principle of polar coordinate measurement and the calculation of tooth profile deviation, an optimization model is established with minimum deviation of tooth profile as objective function and radial error of probe as a variable. Calculate the radial error of the probe under actual working conditions, measure the involute helical gear after the compensation of the machine tool system, and compare the measurement results with the results of the CMM test. The radial error of the probe is obtained rationality.
