目的探讨利川市农村留守与非留守儿童行为问题的发生情况。方法选取2007年8月-2008年9月利川市14个乡镇的14所中心小学5年级的农村留守儿童207名和非留守儿童193名为研究对象,采用儿童行为量表(CBCL量表)对其进行问卷调查,收集整理量表中的数据并进行统计学分析。结果留守儿童CBCL量表各因子得分均低于非留守儿童,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。留守男童在分裂样、抑郁、交往不良、强迫性、体诉、社交退缩、多动、攻击性、违纪方面的得分均高于非留守男童,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);留守女童在抑郁、社交退缩、体诉、分裂强迫、多动、性问题、违纪、攻击性、残忍方面的得分均高于非留守女童,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论利川市农村留守儿童社会适应能力较非留守儿童低,行为问题检出率较高,心理健康问题突出。应选择科学、合理、有效的手段进行干预,提高留守儿童健康状况。
Objective To investigate the incidence of behavior problems among left-behind and left-behind children in rural Lichuan. Methods Totally 207 left-behind rural children and 193 non-left-behind children in 14th grade primary school in 14 towns and villages in Lichuan City from August 2007 to September 2008 were selected as research objects. The children’s behavior scale (CBCL) Conduct a questionnaire survey, collect and organize the data in the scale and make statistical analysis. Results The left-behind children’s CBCL scale scores were lower than those of non-left-behind children, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Left-behind boys score higher than non-left-behind boys in schizoid, depression, poor communication, obsessive compulsive behaviors, physical complaints, social withdrawal, hyperactivity, aggressiveness and discipline. The differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05 ); Left-behind girls scored higher than non-left-behind girls in depression, social withdrawal, physical complaints, schizophrenia, hyperactivity, sexual problems, discipline, offensiveness and cruelty (all P <0.05) . Conclusion The social adaptability of left-behind children in rural Lichuan is lower than that of non-left-behind children, the detection rate of behavioral problems is high, and mental health problems are prominent. We should choose a scientific, reasonable and effective means to intervene to improve the health status of left-behind children.
