采用喷涂法在304不锈钢表面制备了Al2O3-SiO2-Na2O系热处理用高温防氧化涂层,并研究了其对304不锈钢高温氧化行为的影响。用TG-DTA和烧结点试验仪揭示了涂层的高温转变过程,采用扫描电镜和金相显微镜对原始涂层及氧化后试样进行了形貌表征。结果表明,涂层可极大提高不锈钢的收得率及表面质量;在1250℃空气中氧化9 h后,涂覆样的收得率为99.64%,空白样为85.74%;原始涂层在升温过程中逐渐熔融铺展,形成致密熔融膜,防氧化涂层有效地抑制了氧气向金属的扩散,防止了不锈钢的高温氧化。
The Al2O3-SiO2-Na2O heat-treated high-temperature anti-oxidation coating was prepared on the surface of 304 stainless steel by spraying method and its effect on the oxidation behavior of 304 stainless steel at high temperature was studied. The TG-DTA and sintering point tester were used to reveal the high-temperature transformation of the coating. The morphology of the original coating and the oxidized sample were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and metallographic microscope. The results show that the coating can greatly improve the yield and surface quality of stainless steel. After being oxidized in air at 1250 ℃ for 9 h, the yield of the coated sample is 99.64% and the blank sample is 85.74% The process gradually melt spread to form a dense melt film, anti-oxidation coating effectively inhibit the diffusion of oxygen to the metal, to prevent the oxidation of stainless steel at high temperature.
