目的:探讨护士护理不良事件报告意向的现状,并分析其影响因素,为护理不良事件报告的科学管理提供依据。方法:采用整群抽样的方法,对浙江省杭州市某三级综合性医院282名护士进行护理不良事件报告意向问卷调查。结果:护士护理不良事件报告意向得分范围为4~15分,中位数为11分。护理不良事件报告意向与护士的年龄、工作年限、职称及报告障碍、报告认知有关(P<0.05)。结论:完善护理不良事件报告意向制度,对年轻护士、有报告障碍或报告认知较差的护士,加强职业教育和培训,有助于提高护理不良事件的报告率。
Objective: To explore the status quo of nurses’ intention of nursing adverse event reporting and to analyze its influencing factors so as to provide evidence for the scientific management of adverse event reports. Methods: A total of 282 nurses from a tertiary general hospital in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, were surveyed by cluster sampling method. Results: The score range of intent-to-nurse-care adverse events reporting ranged from 4 to 15 with a median of 11 points. The intention of nursing adverse event reporting was related to the nurses’ age, working life, title, report obstacles and report cognition (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Improving the intent-to-care system for adverse events in nursing care programs can enhance the reporting rate of adverse cases of nursing care to young nurses, nurses who report problems or report poor cognition, and enhance vocational education and training.
