在现代金属钝化理论的基础上,对电镀锡板的钝化工艺加以改进。这种改进了的电镀锡板对于一些腐蚀性很强的果蔬罐头应用获得了抗蚀效果。在此类罐头中无需加人任何添加剂,也无需对镀锡板加以涂漆。因而减少了对食品的污染又保持了食品罐头的良好风味。通过实罐储存试验证明了钝化方法的改进对提高镀锡板耐蚀性的效果。运用俄歇电子能谱及电化学测试方法,评定了各种钝化镀锡板的质量,同时对罐头内部实际腐蚀的机理作出了分析。说明了钝化理论对电镀锡板生产和使用的指导意义。从而生产出具有特殊性能和用途的专用电镀锡板。
On the basis of modern metal passivation theory, the passivation process of tinplate is improved. This improved tin plate has been shown to resist the corrosion of some canned fruit and vegetable applications.
