经济的发展离不开农业的支撑作用,而农业生产造成的碳排放的增加、各种环境问题,也成为时下社会关注的焦点。由于农业碳排放受经济增长的推动效应非常明显,本文从化肥、农药生产和使用、农机使用、等方面测算并分析我国排放结构特征及区域差异。同时根据研究结果,提出了促进我国农业减排的政策建议。文中化肥、农药、农膜、柴油、农作物播种面积等数据全部来自中国农村统计年鉴,以当年实际使用量为准。
Economic development can not be separated from the supporting role of agriculture. However, the increase of carbon emissions caused by agricultural production and various environmental problems have also become the focus of the society nowadays. Due to the obvious effect of agricultural carbon emission promotion by economic growth, this paper estimates and analyzes the structural characteristics and regional differences of China’s emissions from the aspects of fertilizer and pesticide production and use, agricultural machinery use and so on. At the same time, based on the research results, the paper put forward the policy suggestions to promote China’s agricultural emission reduction. The text of fertilizer, pesticides, plastic sheeting, diesel, crop sown area and other data are all from China Rural Statistical Yearbook, the actual use of the year prevail.
