目的:探讨胃肠外营养支持在乳腺癌病人术后康复过程中的临床作用和安全性。方法:将80例乳腺癌手术病人随机分为对照组(行普通治疗)和观察组(行肠外营养支持)。通过检测两组病人术前和术后的各项营养指标和免疫指标的变化,对两种治疗方式进行比较。结果:观察组病人术后第7天各项营养指标和免疫功能指标均较对照组改善,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:胃肠外营养可有效地改善乳腺癌病人术后机体的营养状况和免疫功能,对后期的综合治疗有着重要的临床意义。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect and safety of parenteral nutrition support in the postoperative rehabilitation of breast cancer patients. Methods: 80 cases of breast cancer surgery were randomly divided into control group (normal treatment) and observation group (parenteral nutrition support). By comparing the two groups of patients before and after the nutritional indicators and changes in immune indicators, the two treatment methods were compared. Results: On the 7th day after operation, all the nutritional indexes and immune function indexes of the observation group improved compared with the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Parenteral nutrition can effectively improve the nutritional status and immune function of postoperative patients with breast cancer, which has important clinical significance for the comprehensive treatment in the later period.
