江泽民总书记在党的十四届五中全会上严肃指出:领导干部一定要讲政治。当前,从党的高中级领导干部到一般党员干部,都在按照党中央和江总书记指示,认真贯彻讲政治精神,彻底转变思想和工作作风,以适应当前错综复杂的政治经济新形势的要求。笔者认为,我们说的讲政治不是讲空头政治、空讲政治,其前提条件就是要讲马克思主义理论的学习,要求党的领导干部特别是高级领导干部成为马克思主义政治
General Secretary Jiang Zemin pointed out solemnly at the Fifth Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Party that leading cadres must talk about politics.
