以某钢筋混凝土连续箱梁加固为背景,对其中一跨跨中段采用置换混凝土法加固施工过程进行分析,并对施工过程中箱梁顶升控制及置换段交界面新老混凝土的连接进行研究,最后对置换效果进行分析。结果表明,钢筋混凝土箱梁跨中段采用置换混凝土法加固是可行的,且效果明显。新老混凝土交界面可做成阶梯状,同时应对界面混凝土进行人工凿毛、植筋。为确保箱梁跨中段置换后成桥内力和线形与原设计基本一致,施工过程中需对相邻桥跨进行顶升控制。该方法对后续类似桥梁加固具有广泛示范意义。
Taking the reinforcement of a reinforced concrete continuous box girder as the background, the construction process of one of the mid-span straddle sections using the replacement concrete method is analyzed. The results show that it is feasible to use the replacement concrete method to reinforce the mid-span of the reinforced concrete box girder, and the effect is obvious. New and old concrete interface can be made into a ladder-like shape, while dealing with the interface concrete artificial hair cutting, planting tendons. In order to ensure that the internal force and the linear shape of the bridge after mid-span replacement are basically the same as those of the original design, the construction of the adjacent bridge span must be controlled. This method has extensive demonstration significance for subsequent similar bridge reinforcement.
