以企业为主体构建产学研创新联盟,是深化产学研合作的一种创新组织模式,对提升企业创新能力具有显著和持续的动力。联盟实现了创新一体化过程,可降低创新成本,提高创新绩效;整合了各主体的创新效能,可提升企业整体创新能力;而联盟对创新因子的集聚作用,使企业的创新能力具有了持续性;其网络效应则为构建以企业为主体的区域创新体系提供了有效途径。
To build an innovation alliance between enterprises, universities and research institutes as the mainstay of enterprises is an innovative organizational model for deepening the cooperation among industry, universities and research institutes and has a significant and sustained impetus to enhancing the innovative capabilities of enterprises.
