在公元5世纪之前,雅典还没有大力发展海军,那时人们还在专注于重装步兵。但是到了公元前5世纪时,雅典经历了最为辉煌的一个世纪,而这辉煌的开始是起于雅典海军的发展。那么是什么原因导致雅典开始发展海军的?通过对史料的搜集,我认为雅典发展海军是有一定的必然性的。本文将以雅典海防战略的提出、实施为主线,结合史实,论述雅典海军发展、称霸的必然性。
Before the 5th century AD, Athens had not developed the navy aggressively, and people were still concentrating on heavy infantry. But by the 5th century BC, Athens experienced one of the most brilliant century, and this glorious beginning began in the development of the Athens Navy.
