随着我国经济的不断发展,工程建设在我国经济中的重要地位不言而喻,同时随着我国城镇化进程的加快,工程建设的重要性越来越重要,特别是房屋建筑工程。为了保障房屋建筑过程的安全性,房屋建筑土建监理质量控制就显得十分必要。接下来本文将结合笔者多年的实际经验,对房屋建筑土建监理质量控制目前的发展现状和存在的问题做出浅显的分析,并提出了一些切实可行的解决方法,以供广大工程监理同行借鉴,共同进步。
With the continuous development of economy in our country, the importance of engineering construction in our country’s economy is self-evident. At the same time, as the process of urbanization in our country accelerates, the importance of engineering construction becomes more and more important, especially for building construction projects. In order to protect the safety of housing construction process, the quality control of housing construction supervision becomes very necessary. Next, combining the author’s years of practical experience, this paper makes a brief analysis of the current development status and existing problems of the quality control of civil engineering supervision of housing construction and puts forward some practical solutions for reference by the majority of engineering supervision counterparts, Common progress.
