天燃气处理过程及其装置的目的就是对其中比较有价值的组分进行相关的回收和利用,以提高天燃气的整体经济价值与效益。某陆岸终端天然气处理系统自投产以来就存在剧烈波动的问题,严重的影响到产品的质量和产量。正是基于此种情况,本文提出了利用温度-流量串级控制的模式进行优化,经过试验验证,该优化后的方案能极为有效的提高系统的稳定性,提高液化气的质量,增加液化气的产量,对陆岸终端的天然气处理工艺有一定的指导意义。
