公立医院是医改的主要阵地,应该从改革的实际出发,围绕发展目标,不断地提高自己的“阳光服务”的水平。笔者从目前公立医院权利运行监控机制建设的实际情况出发,对实施权力运行监控对医院管理影响进行分析和探讨。
