病历摘要患儿男,10岁。因反复皮损9年,发热3年伴一过性站立困难于1987年6月16日入院。患儿生后2个月全身皮肤(除面部外)出现红色斑丘疹,曾诊断为“湿疹”,治疗无效。2～3岁起皮肤经常发生瘙痒,抓破后化脓,发热及轻度淋巴结肿大,用抗生素能控制感染。6岁时背部出现白斑,并逐渐增多、扩大,半年后除面部外累及全身,部分融合成片。发生白斑后仅在正常皮肤上仍有皮疹发生。自5岁起持续2年反复患化脓性中耳炎,以致左耳鼓膜穿孔。近3年来经常不明原因发热,体温波动在38°
