报道３４３例乳腺癌经手术、放疗后复发１４２例。全组行根治术１１０例，改良根治术４３例。术后行锁骨上区域淋巴结放疗，常规采用６０Ｃｏ加深部Ｘ线照射。部分病例加用ＣＦＭ方案化疗及三苯氧胺治疗。结果表明，治疗后２年内复发者１０３例（复发率７２．５％）。单个部位复发者９９例，多个部位复发者４３例。以胸壁复发者最为多见（９６例）。根治术复发率为７０．０％（７７／１１０），改良根治术复发率为２７．９％（１２／４３）。分析提示，复发原因与腋窝淋巴结转移、病灶大小及有否辅以化疗密切相关
Reported 142 cases of breast cancer recurrence after surgery, radiotherapy 142 cases. The entire group underwent radical resection in 110 cases and modified radical mastectomy in 43 cases. After radiotherapy of supraclavicular region lymph nodes, conventional 60Co deepening X-ray irradiation. Some cases were treated with CFM chemotherapy and tamoxifen. The results showed that 103 patients relapsed within 2 years after treatment (relapse rate 72.5%). There were 99 cases of recurrence in individual sites and 43 cases of recurrence in multiple sites. The most common recurrence of chest wall (96 cases). The recurrence rate of radical resection was 70.0% (77/110), and the recurrence rate of modified radical mastectomy was 27.9% (12/43). Analysis suggests that the cause of recurrence is closely related to axillary lymph node metastasis, size of the lesion, and whether it is supplemented with chemotherapy
