目的对从云南边防部队腹泻患者中分离的产酸克雷伯菌进行鉴定,并对其进行生化特性鉴定、肠毒素检测及致病性和药敏分析研究。方法在SS琼脂平板上分离获纯培养菌,光学显微镜和电子显微镜观察形态,常规生化鉴定并用VITEK32全自动微生物生化分析仪进行系统鉴定并做药敏分析,乳鼠灌胃测定热稳定性肠毒素(ST),小白鼠腹腔注射测定毒力。结果分离的产酸克雷伯菌产热稳定性肠毒素(ST),致病性较强。结论本次分离的产酸克雷伯菌是具有较强毒力的菌株,与临床症状密切有关,应继续加强菌株感染率和毒力监测。
Objective To identify Klebsiella oxytoca from diarrhea patients in Yunnan Frontier Defense Corps and to identify its biochemical characteristics, enterotoxin detection and pathogenicity and drug sensitivity analysis. Methods The pure culture bacteria were isolated from SS agar plates, and the morphology was observed under light microscope and electron microscope. The bacteria were identified by routine biochemistry and identified by VITEK32 automatic biochemical analyzer. Drug susceptibility analysis was performed by intragastric administration of heat-stable enterotoxins (ST). The mice were injected intraperitoneally to determine the virulence. Results Isolated Klebsiella oxytoca producing heat-stable enterotoxin (ST), strong pathogenic. Conclusion The isolated Klebsiella oxytoca is a virulent strain that is closely related to the clinical symptoms. It should continue to strengthen the strain infection and virulence monitoring.
