随着我国教学改革的进一步深化,以及就业生人数的大幅增长,就业问题就是毕业生在离校后的重要问题,学校在就业指导教学方面就要能得以充分重视。基于此,本文主要就高职旅游管理专业的就业问题以及问题成因加以分析,然后对高职旅游管理专业毕业生就业应对策略详细探究,通过从理论层面对毕业生的就业问题加强研究,就能为学生的就业从理论上提供有益发展思路。
With the further deepening of our country’s teaching reform and the substantial increase in the number of employed students, the employment problem is an important issue for graduates after they leave school.
