分析比较了SPKA11200与J55-4000两种典型结构形式的螺旋压力机机身,分别对两种机身做了结构有限元分析,总结出两种机身结构的优缺点。按照总结出的较优结构特点,对J55-4000机身进行改进设计,设计出一种新型的J55-4000A机身结构。最后对新机身进行结构有限元分析,并比较了J55-4000与J55-4000A机身的力学性能和结构性能。该研究对螺旋压力机机身结构设计有较大参考意义。
Analysis and comparison of SPKA11200 and J55-4000 two typical structure of the screw press fuselage, respectively, of the two fuselage made a structural finite element analysis, summed up the advantages and disadvantages of the two fuselage structures. In accordance with the summary of the structural characteristics of the better, J55-4000 fuselage to improve the design, to design a new type of J55-4000A fuselage structure. Finally, the structure of the new fuselage finite element analysis, and compared the J55-4000 and J55-4000A fuselage mechanical properties and structural performance. The research on the screw press body structure design has a greater reference value.
