排气烟度是判别柴油机配气正时、燃烧情况和喷射设备工作是否正常的主要标志之一。运转正常的柴油机排气呈无色或轻微淡灰色,其烟度值小。若使用中,技术状况变坏或由于维修和调整不当就会出现排气冒黑烟。这就表明发动机工作条件恶化,就会浪费燃料,污染环境,缩短发动机的使用寿命。导致柴油机烟度过大的因素是多方面的。本文仅就供油系统中,出现“二次喷射”和供油量校准问题,谈一点看法,供有关同志参考。
