我省采用水力循环澄清池已有二十年历史了。由于这种池子有净水效率高,构造简单、体积较小,投资较省等优点,在我省中、小型地面净水工程中得到普遍采用。到1979年底,据不完全统计,全省这类池子共有一百余座。于1965年,笔者曾与原华东工业建筑设计院的同志一起在加兴毛纺织厂现场对我省最早建立(1961年)的一组水力循环澄清池的有关特性参数与运行效果进行了测定,提出了原水进水压力一般高于I反应室出水水面5米左右时,喷嘴流速为8~15米/秒,活性污泥回流比为1:3~1:5左右,喉管与喷嘴截面积之比为5~13左右。由于当时条件限制,未能提出这些水力特性参数的“临界关
Our province has used the hydrocyclone clarifier for 20 years. Because this pool has the advantages of high water purification efficiency, simple structure, small volume, and low investment, it is widely used in the medium and small-scale surface water purification projects in our province. It is proposed that when the raw water inlet pressure is generally higher than about 5 meters from the outlet surface of the I reaction chamber, the nozzle flow rate is 8 to 15 meters per second, the activated sludge return ratio is about 1:3 to 1:5, and the throat and nozzle cross-sectional area The ratio is about 5 to 13. Due to the limitations of the conditions at the time, it was not possible to raise the criticality of these hydraulic characteristics parameters.
