本文详细介绍了我公司经多年实践,不断革新改造,自主研发的一套“一机多用”的连铸扇形段结构。此种机型设计克服了小方坯大方坯原有结构的一些弊端,而且考虑到不同坯型的兼容性,将不同连铸机机型的优点有机地结合起来,使用了多种新型结构、连接方式和冷却方式,如扇形段整体快换结构、独立的导向辊单元、侧导辊单元、水气分配器,以及气雾冷却方式,喷淋管与供水管使用软管连接。此机型科学搭配,结构紧凑,布局合理,整体美观,具有科技含量高、制造成本低、设备更换检修便捷等多种优点,能较快供应市场的需求,值得推广和使用。
