随着我国改革开放程度的不断加深,我国社会主义市场经济体制不断的完善与发展,社会主义市场经济快速发展,我国建筑行业经济也得到发展。现如今,建筑业成为我国经济中不可或缺的一部分,是中国社会主义市场经济的支柱产业,并且占据核心地位,起着重要作用。建筑业的发展状况也是衡量我国和地区工业发展水平的一个重要的标准,同时也是其他行业存在与发展的基础。[1]目前,我国的城市化进程加快,要求资源等方面进行创造和可持续的利用,这就需要建筑行业不断开发新的建筑材料、建筑用品和新型的节能建筑模式,促进建筑经济的可持续发展。本篇文章将会着重阐述建筑经济的现状以及存在的问题,探析建筑经济可持续发展的策略与方法。
