建立高校学生党员培养机制是目前高校学院党员管理的需要和时代要求。如今,高校学生党员培养中存在一些问题。本文运用系统论的视角对学生党员培养机制建立提出建议和对策,为高校学生党员管理工作提供新思路。
The establishment of college student party members training mechanism is the need and requirement of the party members management in colleges and universities at present. Today, there are some problems in the cultivation of college student party members. This article uses the theory of system theory to put forward the suggestion and the countermeasure to the party member training mechanism establishment, provides the new train of thought for the student party member management work.
