He-Ne激光照射小鼠睾丸的组织学及组织化学观察

以三种不同剂量的He-Ne激光分别照射三组雄性小鼠的阴囊,取睾丸作组织学及组织化学观察。实验所用激光剂量为临床常用最大剂量的10~75倍。实验结果表明,实验组动物的精原细胞、精母细胞、精细胞、精子、支持细胞和间质细胞均无明显损伤。组化实验显示:实验动物的生精细胞、支特细胞及间质细胞的AKP、ACP、DNA、RNA及PAS反应与对照组无明显差异。表明所用三种剂量的He-Ne激光均无抗生精作用,不会影响生殖细胞的正常增殖与代谢及雄性激素的分泌。提示以He-Ne激光照射阴囊治疗有关疾病,不致引起病人生殖细胞损伤及性功能的改变。 Three different doses of He-Ne laser were used to irradiate the scrotum of three groups of male mice. The testis was taken for histological and histochemical observation. The dose of laser used in the experiment was 10-75 times the maximum clinical dose. The experimental results showed that the spermatogonia, spermatocytes, sperm cells, sperm, supporting cells, and stromal cells of the experimental animals were not significantly damaged. The histological experiments showed that there were no significant differences in the AKP, ACP, DNA, RNA, and PAS responses of the spermatogenic, accessory, and mesenchymal cells from the experimental animals. It was shown that the three doses of He-Ne laser used had no anti-spermatozoa effect and did not affect normal proliferation and metabolism of germ cells and secretion of male hormones. It is suggested that He-Ne laser irradiation on the scrotum to treat related diseases will not cause damage to the germ cells and sexual function of the patient.
