尽管企业文化对于企业发展的重要性已经勿庸置疑。但是对于企业文化的建设,还是存在一些理解上的误区。如:很多人认为企业文化对于中小企业来说可以稍缓一步。在中国,对于中小企业的发展问题,谈到最多的是科学管理以及提高管理水平。较少人会提倡重视中小企业的文化建设。很多中小企业主认为,我们企业小,当务之急还是生存,谈不上企业文化建设问题。到底,企业文化对中小企业的意义何在?中小企业又该如何来构建企业文化?
