通过寄主叶肉细胞超薄切片的透射电镜观察,对马铃薯Y病毒(PVY)、芋花叶病毒(DMV)、大蒜黄条病毒(GYSV)、大豆花叶病毒(SMV)、蚕豆叶卷花叶病毒(PLRMV)、芜菁花叶病毒(TuMV)、大丽菊上的马铃薯Y组病毒(Potyvirus-Dh)、莴苣花叶病毒(LMV)和大麦黄花叶病毒(BYMV)九种病毒共12个病毒分离物所产生的柱状内合体的结构进行了比较研究。结果表明同一病毒的不同分离物所产生的柱状内合体在横切面上的形态有明显差异,风轮状结构的外臂与卷筒状结构和片层状聚集体可以相互转化。将所得结果与Edwardson等(1966,1984)所划分的柱状内含体的4个型进行了比较并探讨了柱状内含体在Potyviruses分类、鉴定和病害诊断方面的意义。
Through transmission electron microscopy (TEM) observation of the thin sections of host mesophyll cells, the effects of PVY, DMV, GYSV, SMV, 12 viruses including nine viruses including PLMV, TuMV, Potyvirus-Dh, Lettuce Mosaic Virus (LMV) and Barley Yellow Mosaic Virus (BYMV) The structures of the columnar complexes produced by the isolates were comparatively studied. The results showed that the morphologies of the columnar in-cell bodies produced by different isolates of the same virus in the cross-section were significantly different. The outer arms, the roll-shaped structure and the lamellar aggregates of the wind-wheel-shaped structure could transform into each other. The results were compared with the four types of columnar inclusions divided by Edwardson et al. (1966, 1984) and discussed the significance of columnar inclusions in the classification, identification and disease diagnosis of Potyviruses.
