The metastasis of malignant tumors is an important cause of death in cancer patients. It has been reported that thromboxane A and prostacyclin are related to the occurrence, growth and metastasis of tumors [1]. To investigate the relationship between thromboxane and prostacyclin and malignant tumor metastasis and progression, we measured thromboxane B2 (TXB2) and 6-keto-prostaglandin F1α (6-K-PGF1) in plasma and tissues of digestive tract tumors.
