为了解二连浩特市夏秋季气传花粉种类及致敏性,于2012年7月1日—9月30日对该市市区、近郊区选取2处花粉采样点,收集花粉并鉴定花粉种类,同时对该市126例过敏性疾病患者进行过敏原点刺试验筛查,并随机抽取70例花粉症患者进行花粉致敏原点刺试验和血清Ig E测定。结果显示,收集的97 609粒花粉分属36科55属,飘散量前4位依次为蒿属、藜科、苋科、禾本科,飘散量高峰日为8月中下旬;花粉症患者对夏秋季花粉致敏的阳性率前4位依次为蒿属、葎草、向日葵、灰藜,其中以大籽蒿花粉最高(94.29%)。提示二连浩特市花粉症患者的夏秋季主要致敏花粉为菊科花粉,其中蒿属花粉致敏性最强。
In order to understand the types of airborne pollen and allergenicity in summer and autumn in Erenhot, from July 1 to September 30, 2012, two pollen sampling sites were selected in the urban and suburban areas of the city to collect pollen and identify pollen species. Meanwhile, Allergen prick tests were performed on 126 patients with allergic diseases in the city, and 70 cases of hay fever were randomly selected for pollen priming test and serum IgE determination. The results showed that the collected 97 609 pollen belong to 36 families and 55 genera, and the top four of the released amount are Artemisia, Chenopodiaceae, Amaranthus, Gramineae, and the peak of the floating amount is late August. The hay fever patients’ The top 4 positive rate of autumn pollen sensitization were artemisia, ragweed, sunflower and quinoa, among which the pollen of Artemisia major was the highest (94.29%). The main sensitized pollens in summer and autumn in Erlianhot were suggested as Compositae pollen, of which pollen of Artemisia was the strongest.
