对AlMgLiZr(01420)合金的超塑性进行了研究,发现该合金经适当形变热处理后,可以获得良好的超塑性能。显微组织观察表明,经适当形变热处理后的01420合金,由于基体内弥散分布大量第二相粒子,在超塑变形时能获得稳定、等轴的细晶结构,因而超塑效应十分显著。
The superplasticity of AlMgLiZr (01420) alloy has been studied and found that the alloy can be well superplasticized by proper heat treatment. Microstructure observation shows that the super-plastic effect is remarkable because of the stable and equiaxed fine grained structure of 01420 alloy after proper deformation and heat treatment, due to the large number of second phase particles dispersed in the matrix.
