通过回流冷凝法和低温固相法制备了5种稀土、钨酸、1,3-二苯基-4-吡唑甲醛缩异烟肼三元配合物,并通过元素分析,摩尔电导,IR,UV,TG-DTA,TC-ICP,XPS等对其结构和化学组成进行表征,确定其化学组成Na[RE(HL)(WO4)2]·6H2O(HL:1,3-二苯基-4-吡唑甲醛缩异烟肼).采用MTT比色法研究了配合物对K562肿瘤细胞的细胞毒性,结果表明:三元配合物的IC50在25μg/mL左右,并进行了形态学观察.流式细胞术结果表明:配合物对癌细胞最佳凋亡浓度为12.5μg/mL,细胞被配合物阻滞在S期,抑制了细胞的有丝分裂过程.
Five rare earth, tungstic acid and 1,3-diphenyl-4-pyrazolecarboxaldehyde isothiocyanate compounds were prepared by reflux condensation method and low temperature solid-phase method. Their chemical compositions were characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductance, IR, The structures and chemical compositions of the compounds were characterized by UV, TG-DTA, TC-ICP, XPS and so on. The chemical composition of the compounds was confirmed as Na [RE (HL) (WO4) 2] - pyrazolformaldehyde isoniazid). The cytotoxicity of the complex to K562 tumor cells was studied by MTT assay. The results showed that the IC50 of the ternary complex was about 25 μg / mL, and the morphology was observed. Cytometry results showed that the optimal concentration of the complex for cancer cells was 12.5μg / mL, and the cells were blocked by the complex in S phase, which inhibited the cell mitosis.
