供电企业与人们的生活息息相关,是国民经济的重要组成部分,发挥着重要的作用。随着经济社会的发展,供电企业的市场竞争日益激烈,对企业的员工素质提出了更高的要求。目前,供电企业的人才培训方式拘泥于传统,并没有发挥实际的效应。因此,加强人才培养方式的创新和发展至关重要,是企业加快发展的必要途径,需要加以重视。本文将从供电企业人才培养的现状出发,分析其中存在的问题,提出有建设性的策略,提高员工的素质。
Power supply enterprises and people’s lives are closely linked, is an important part of the national economy, plays an important role. With the development of economy and society, the market competition of power supply enterprises is getting fiercer and fiercer, putting higher requirements on the quality of employees.
