时光如流水。转眼间,笔者已在小学语文教学岗位上工作多年。其间,本人努力地耕耘着,默默地奉献着,享受着语文教学带来的快乐,享受着同学们学习语文的乐趣和成长的喜悦。同时,语文教学也给我带来了一些困惑与思考。一生字词的教学生字词的教学到了高年级虽已不作为教学的重点,但却又必不可少。因为学生学习程度不同,自觉程度也有不同。程度好的学生,能按要求预习,生字词掌握很扎实,课堂上检查一下就可以结束这个环节教学。可程度差的,不按要求
