把“量化管理”作为实现学校管理科学化、正规化的主要方法,把量化考核作为评价教师的唯一依据。这种评价教师的方法随着课程改革的深入已凸显弊端。我们必须摒弃以学生学业成绩作为教师评价唯一标准的做法,要立足于促进教师专业发展的教师评价新体系的建设,促进教师在新课程改革中实现发展、进步。
The “quantitative management” as a school to achieve scientific and standardized main method of quantitative assessment as the sole basis for evaluation of teachers. This evaluation method of teachers with the curriculum reform has highlighted the shortcomings. We must abandon the academic performance of students as the sole criterion for teacher evaluation. We must base ourselves on teachers who promote professional development of teachers to evaluate the construction of a new system and promote teachers’ development and progress in the new curriculum reform.
