The SH-1 type helium-oxygen diving phone design stereotypes meeting was held in Beijing at the end of May 1982. Among the participants are the Navy Stereotype Committee, Haisi Department of Rescue and Prevention, the Ministry of Electronics Industry, the Ministry of Communications, Broadcasting and Television, the Ministry of Communications Skills and Fishing Authority, and the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Instrumentation, with a total of 38 representatives.
