在pH为6.40的B-R缓冲溶液中,荧光桃红与一定浓度的溴化十六烷基三甲基胺发生荧光增强反应,加入有机磷农药后,体系的荧光强度降低,且降低程度与有机磷农药的加入量呈良好的线性关系,建立了用此荧光法来测定有机磷农药残留总量的新方法.在优化试验条件下,线性范围为0.008~0.72 m.gL-1,检出限为0.05 m.gL-1.已用于小米和土壤中有机磷农药残留总量的检测,回收率在99.6%~101.7%之间,相对标准偏差在1.94%~2.19%之间.
In BR buffer solution with pH value of 6.40, fluorescence intensity increased with a certain concentration of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide. After addition of organophosphorus pesticide, the fluorescence intensity of the system decreased and the degree of decrease was in good agreement with that of organophosphorus pesticide , A new method was established for the determination of total organophosphorus pesticide residues by this fluorescence method.The linear range was 0.008 ~ 0.72 m.gL-1 with the detection limit of 0.05 m.gL-1 has been used to detect the total amount of organophosphorus pesticide residues in millet and soil, with the recovery rates between 99.6% and 101.7% and the relative standard deviations between 1.94% and 2.19%.
