现代教育理论认为:人类知识按其外在化的程度可分为“明确知识”和“默会知识”。“明确知识”是指:是什么?为什么?主要是关于事实和原理的知识,存在于书本,可编码、可传递。“默会知识”是指:怎么想?怎么做?本质是理解力和领悟力,存在于个人的经验和实践活动中,具有很强的个性适应性,以个体领会为主。如果说“明确知识”是同学们达成梦想的必备云梯,那么“默会知识”就是他们隐形的翅膀,看不见,但很重要。能否唤起学生的主体意识是学习“默会知识”的关键。
According to modern educational theory, human knowledge can be divided into “clear knowledge ” and “tacit knowledge ” according to the extent of its externalization. “Clear knowledge ” means: what is? And why? Mainly about the facts and principles of knowledge, exists in the book, can be encoded, can be passed. “Tacit knowledge ” refers to: how to think? How to do? Essence is understanding and perception, exist in personal experience and practice activities, with strong personality adaptability, based on individual understanding. If we say that “clear knowledge” is an essential ladder for students to achieve their dreams, then “tacit knowledge” is their invisible wings, invisible, but important. Whether to arouse students’ subjective consciousness is the key to learning “tacit knowledge ”.
