人力资源管理和思想政治工作是医院管理工作的两个重要内容。在医院人事制度改革逐步深化的今天,长期积累的深层次矛盾愈加凸现,仅靠简单的行政管理无法解决改革中面临的复杂难题。在都是以人作为工作主体的思想政治工作及人力资源管理工作中,只有将思想政治工作有效的融入人力资源管理工作,做到两者互为补充、互相促进,充分发挥思想政治工作软实力的作用,以创新多变的形式和崭新工作思路来解决医院改革中呈现的问题,才能使医院跟上社会变革的步伐。
