目的:探讨Delphi法在医院药事管理工作评价指标体系设计中的应用,以及科学建立医院药事管理质量评价指标体系的方法。方法:采取单向匿名的方式,经过几轮函询征求专家的意见,对每轮所征得的意见汇总整理,经过整理后作为参考资料又以函询的方式征求专家意见,最终得到较为一致的意见。结果:建立药物管理工作评价指标体系分为一级3个指标,分别是:药品质量保证体系下设7个二级指标、合理用药促进体系下设9个二级指标、药学服务展开体系下设6个指标,共22个二级指标;合理用药评价体系下的二级指标处方指标和住院抗菌药物用药指标分别下设5个和11个三级指标。结论:设计医院药事管理工作评价指标体系,Delphi法是一种系统、综合、可靠、客观的方法,可以筛选评价指标和确定其权重,是较为理想的方法。
Objective: To explore the application of Delphi method in the design of evaluation index system of hospital drug administration and the method of scientifically establishing the evaluation index system of hospital drug administration. Methods: Through one-way anonymous way, after several rounds of inquiry, the opinions of experts were solicited, and the opinions collected from each round were summarized and collated. After collation, they were consulted as reference materials and sought the advice of experts, finally they were more consistent Views. Results: The establishment of evaluation index system for drug administration is divided into three levels at one level: 7 second-level indicators under the drug quality assurance system and 9 second-level indicators under the rational drug utilization promotion system. Under the system of drug service deployment Six indicators, a total of 22 second-level indicators; rational use of drug evaluation under the two indicators of prescriptions and in-hospital antibacterial drug indicators were set under five and 11 three indicators. Conclusion: The Delphi method is a systematic, comprehensive, reliable and objective method to design evaluation index system of pharmacy management in hospitals. It is an ideal method to screen evaluation index and determine its weight.
