证监会1月25日正式发布《黄金交易型开放式证券投资基金(下称黄金ETF)暂行规定》(下称《规定》),为黄金ETF上市扫清制度性障碍,黄金ETF上市制度确立,黄金ETF产品面市在即。所谓黄金ETF,是指绝大部分基金财产以黄金为基础资产进行投资,紧密跟踪金价,并在证券交易所上市的开放式基金。如果把实物黄金比作黄金投资的1.0时代,纸黄金比作黄金投资的2.0时代,黄金ETF可以说是开启了黄金投资的3.0时代
On January 25, the CSRC formally released the Interim Provisions on Gold Trading-type Open-end Securities Investment Funds (hereinafter referred to as the “Gold ETFs”) (the “Regulations”) to clear the institutional barriers to the listing of gold ETFs, establish the gold ETF listing system, Gold ETF products coming to market soon. The so-called gold ETF, refers to the vast majority of fund assets to invest in gold-based assets, closely tracking the gold price, and listed on the stock exchange of open-end funds. If the physical gold compared to the 1.0 era of gold investment, paper gold compared to the 2.0 era of gold investment, the gold ETF can be said to open the 3.0 era of gold investment
