分布式控制系统在现代过程控制中发挥着越来越重要的作用。我们研制开发的分布式智能电动机控制系统采用高性能的微处理器为核心 ,用总线代替了原控制系统大量的二次配线 ,采用I2C总线进行系统间的通讯。对于电动机不同的启动方式 ,可以方便地通过键盘加以设定。从而使本系统可适用于多种不同的环境。在电动机运行时 ,本系统还可自动的对其状态进行监测 ,一旦出现断相等严重故障 ,就马上切断电源 ,对其加以保护。而且 ,对于电动机运行时的状态 :电流 ,电压 ,频率等值均可直观的在显示屏上显示出来。在异常情况下 ,还可将故障 ,报警类型记录下来 ,为事后查清事故的原因提供帮助。并且 ,历史信息可以在远程管理工作站上保存 ,以便实施高级管理。
