目的:观察融斑通脉颗粒对鹌鹑动脉粥样硬化(AS)的治疗作用。方法:将鹌鹑分为正常对照组和高脂组,高脂喂养至12周后,正常组随机解剖3只,高脂组随机解剖8只,经病理学检查确定AS形成后,将高脂组分为模型对照组,舒降之0.004 g.kg-1剂量组,融斑通脉颗粒3,6,12 g.kg-1剂量组;换喂普通饲料,同时灌胃给药,于实验前、给药前、给药4周、给药8周、给药12周测定血液中血脂(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C)水平,实验结束时,取主动脉、左右头臂动脉及心脏进行病理学检查,并测定肝脏组织脂质(TC,TG)含量、MDA含量及SOD活性。结果:融斑通脉颗粒明显加速AS模型鹌鹑血清TC,LDL-C,VLDL-C水平及TC/HDL-C趋于正常,对肝脏TG和MDA含量有明显降低作用,明显减少斑块面积和厚度。结论:融斑通脉颗粒具有降低血脂、减轻脂质过氧化的作用,同时在一定程度上抑制AS病变的发展,并促使其消退。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Rongyao Tongmai Granules on atherosclerosis (AS) of brachial artery. METHODS: The sputum was divided into normal control group and high-fat group. After high-fat feeding for 12 weeks, 3 mice were randomly dissected in the normal group, and 8 were randomly dissected in the high-fat group. After the formation of AS was confirmed by pathological examination, the high-fat group was established. Divided into model control group, Shujiangzhi 0.004 g.kg-1 dose group, Rongban Tongmai Granule 3,6,12 g.kg-1 dose group; exchange feed common feed, while intragastric administration, before the experiment Before and after administration, 4 weeks of administration, 8 weeks of administration, and 12 weeks of administration, blood lipids (TC, TG, HDL-C, and LDL-C) levels were measured. At the end of the experiment, the aorta, right and left brachial artery were taken. The heart and histological examinations were performed, and liver tissue lipid (TC, TG) content, MDA content, and SOD activity were measured. RESULTS: Rongxu Tongmai Granules significantly accelerated the serum levels of TC, LDL-C, VLDL-C and TC/HDL-C in the AS model, and decreased the content of TG and MDA in the liver, significantly reduced the plaque area and thickness. Conclusion: Rongxu Tongmai Granules can reduce blood lipids and reduce lipid peroxidation. At the same time, it can inhibit the development of AS lesions to a certain extent and promote its regression.
