16只成年杂种犬复制心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型,分为地奥心血康治疗组(DKG)和生理盐水对照组(CG)。结果表明,地奥心血康能稳定有效地改善缺血再灌注后的心功能障碍,再灌后120min、240min、DKG的LVSP、士dp/dtmax等均明显高于CG。实验进程中DKG血清G0T、HBDH水平明显低于CG。地奥心血康显著降低心肌组织LPO含量。心肌超微结构观察显示,地奥心血康对心肌结构完整性有显著的保护作用,并可防止毛细血管堵塞。
Sixteen adult mongrel dogs were used to replicate myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury models and divided into Di Ao Xin Xue Kang group (DKG) and saline control group (CG). The results showed that Dioxin Xuekangeng can effectively improve the cardiac dysfunction after ischemia-reperfusion. The LVSP and sdp/dtmax of DKG were significantly higher than those of CG after 120 min and 240 min after reperfusion. During the experimental process, DKG serum G0T, HBDH levels were significantly lower than CG. Diaoxin blood significantly reduced the content of LPO in myocardial tissue. Myocardial ultrastructure observation showed that Dioxin Xuekang has a significant protective effect on myocardial structural integrity and can prevent capillary blockage.
