为了研究人工组织栽培的石斛与野生石斛品质的不同,试验以多糖含量为指标,测定人工组织栽培石斛与野生石斛和药店购买石斛的多糖含量,并比较各自的品质。结果表明:野生石斛多糖含量最高,与其他来源的石斛比较差异显著(P<0.05),人工组织栽培的石斛与药店购买的石斛差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明人工组织栽培石斛多糖含量比野生石斛低。
In order to study the difference of the quality of Dendrobium and wild Dendrobium cultivated by artificial tissue, polysaccharides content was taken as index to test the polysaccharides content of Dendrobium and Dendrobium and Dendrobium purchased from artificial tissue culture, and their respective qualities were compared. The results showed that the content of polysaccharides was the highest in Dendrobium officinale, and the difference was significant (P <0.05) between Dendrobium and other Dendrobium sources. There was no significant difference (P> 0.05) between Dendrobium cultivated by artificial tissue and Dendrobium purchased from pharmacy. Explain artificial tissue culture Dendrobium polysaccharide content lower than wild Dendrobium.
