组合冲模是在分解式万能冲模结构的基础上,参考组合夹具的组装形式,逐步发展起来的一种新型的工艺装备。它特别适用于品种多、数量少、周期短、变化快的冲压科研生产场合,在电子工业部门比较常见。组合冲模元件,根据在冲模中的作用分为基础件、支承件、刃口件,导向件、定位件、紧固件、辅助件和合件等。利用这些元件,可以组装出组合剪切模,直边冲裁模,冲槽模,冲孔模,冲圆角模,冲半圆角模、V形和Ⅱ型弯曲模。利用这些组合冲模,采用分解的方法,可以冲制出各种冲压件。
