自2015年南京市大力推进装配式建筑发展以来,南京市已建成或在建装配式建筑项目共计26个,建筑总面积约271万平方米,其中,2016年新开工的装配式建筑面积约为236万平方米。2017年,南京市将积极申报创建省级示范城市,全市计划新开工装配式建筑项目总面积达到300万平方米。目前,南京市已有7家PC构件生产企业具备生产能力,年产能达到320万平
Since Nanjing vigorously promoted the development of fabricated building in Nanjing in 2015, there are 26 prefabricated or under construction projects in Nanjing with a total gross floor area of about 2.71 million square meters. Among them, the newly-started prefabricated building area in 2016 is about 2.36 million square meters. In 2017, Nanjing Municipality will actively apply for the establishment of a provincial-level demonstration city. The city plans to start a new assembly-type construction project with a total area of 3 million square meters.
