木文试用噻唑烷酸治疗8 例骨髓增生异常综合征,口服剂量1200mg/d,疗程20-300d不等。结果5例有效;其中4例难治性贫血伴原始细胞过多的病人均有一定疗效,提示该药可能成为治疗骨髓增生异常综合征和某些白血病的有效药物。
Wood trial thiazole acid treatment of 8 cases of myelodysplastic syndrome, oral dose of 1200mg / d, treatment ranging from 20-300d. Results 5 cases were effective; 4 cases of refractory anemia with excess number of primitive cells have a certain effect, suggesting that the drug may become effective treatment of myelodysplastic syndrome and some leukemia.
