改革开放以来,外宣翻译得以迅速发展,外宣材料几乎涉及各个领域,但是如何把握外宣材料的翻译则需要我们进行进一步的研究和探索。本研究将从外宣翻译中译者主体性的角度出发,以《南通市家纺业发展报告》和《南通经济技术开发区钢丝绳业发展报告》为特定的研究材料,以纽马克的语义翻译和交际翻译为理论指导,结合翻译实践,在分析译者的文化意识、交际意识等主体性作用之后探讨减译法、释译法、增译法等翻译策略的运用。
Since the reform and opening up, the translation of foreign propaganda has been rapidly developed. The propaganda materials cover almost all fields, but how to grasp the translation of the propaganda materials requires further research and exploration. Based on the translator’s subjectivity in translating propaganda, this study takes “Nantong Textile Industry Development Report” and “Nantong Economic and Technological Development Zone Wire Rope Industry Development Report” as the specific research materials, with Newmark’s semantic translation and Communicative translation is the theoretical guidance, combined with the practice of translation. After analyzing the translator’s cultural awareness, communicative awareness and other subjectivity, this paper discusses the application of translation strategies such as translating, interpreting and translating.
