节能减排是目前钢铁企业面临主要任务之一,结合中国钢铁企业炼铁系统的情况,对传统高炉炼铁流程实现减排的技术优化措施进行了分析,介绍了以降低高炉燃料比为核心的减碳技术和低碳能源的开发利用情况;根据气基直接还原工艺技术的要求并依据国内现有能源、资源分布状况和结构特点,展望了国内钢铁行业炼铁系统减碳工作的前景。
Energy saving and emission reduction are one of the main tasks that steel companies are facing now. Combining with the situation of iron making system in Chinese iron and steel enterprises, this paper analyzes the technical optimization measures to reduce emissions in the traditional blast furnace ironmaking process. Carbon reduction technology and low-carbon energy development and utilization. According to the requirements of gas-based direct reduction technology and the existing domestic energy, resource distribution and structural characteristics, the prospect of reducing carbon in ironmaking systems in the domestic steel industry is prospected.
