目的:探讨Mn-SOD基因V(16)A多态性与运动能力的关联,为运动员早期科学选材提供基因标记。方法:应用PCR-RFLP方法对35名中国汉族赛艇、皮划艇有氧项目运动员进行基因分型;同时测试他们的体成分、最大摄氧量、通气无氧阈以及心率变异性(HRV)频域相关参数指标。结果:在男子运动员中,携A等位基因者去脂体重显著高于VV基因型者,而VV基因型者最大摄氧量相对值显著高于(VA+AA)型者;在女子运动员中,携VV基因型者脂肪百分比、身体脂肪量和身体质量指数均显著高于携A等位基因者。结论:Mn-SOD基因V(16)A多态性与中国汉族赛艇、皮划艇有氧项目运动员部分运动能力指标有关联,但能否作为运动员选材用分子生物学标记,还需加大样本量进一步验证。
Objective: To investigate the association between Mn (superscript +) V (16) A polymorphism and motor ability and provide gene markers for early scientific selection of athletes. Methods: PCR-RFLP was used to genotype 35 Chinese Han Chinese rowan and canoe aerobic athletes. At the same time, their body composition, maximal oxygen uptake, ventilatory anaerobic threshold and heart rate variability (HRV) Frequency domain related parameters. Results: Among the male athletes, those with A allele had significantly higher lean body mass than those with VV genotype, while those with VV genotype had significantly higher maximum oxygen uptake than those with (VA + AA). Among the female athletes , While those carrying VV genotype had significantly higher percentage of fat, body fat mass and body mass index than those carrying A allele. Conclusion: The polymorphism of Mn (superscript +) V (16) A is associated with some Chinese athletes ’athletic ability of rowing and kayaking aerobic athletes. However, it is necessary to increase the molecular marker of athletes’ Sample size further validation.
